If you’re not satisfied with your service(s), here’s how the refund policy works: Services received cannot be refunded. However, I’m happy to adjust any service you receive within seven(7) days of your appointment. If you’re not satisfied with the work performed, please communicate and return to the salon, so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction. ***INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY*** Jenn Marie Salon follows CMS closures and delays during inclement weather. • School Closed: Salon will be closed. Appointments will be rescheduled with no penalty. • School Delay: Salon may open late. Affected clients will be notified. • Worsening Conditions: Salon may close early for safety. Weather-related closures or changes will be communicated via text and/or social media. No cancellation fees apply during weather events. Cancellation Policy
Everyone’s time is valuable - To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, Jenn Marie Salon follows a 24-hour cancellation policy.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will incur a 100% charge.
