Cancellation Policy
Everyone’s time is valuable - To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, Jenn Marie Salon follows a 24-hour cancellation policy.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will incur a 100% charge.
